Customer Service Representative

Carbon is about quality… quality in food, and quality in operations. Part of the quality in operations is our commitment to customer service. This is evident whenever a customer calls us to place a delivery order. Instead of calling a noisy busy restaurant, the customer calls our centralized phone center where we have excellent CSR’s ready to assist the customer in anything they may need.

Qualifications include:

-Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times

-Have an understanding that satisfying our customers is your only goal

-Ability to use a POS system for order entry

-Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
